SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED*

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

Domestic (USA) shipping is $8 due to current rates at USPS. We will always provide you with a tracking number. All packages are shipped with either USPS (United States Postal Service) or Fedex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF USA)

We offer $15 international shipping via USPS First-Class Package International Service. Your package is required to go through customs and the delivery time can take up to 21 days. Please note that you may be subjected to tax & duties in your country and you, the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. If your package(s) are rejected and sent back to us, any fees incurred will be the buyer's responsibility. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can stay up to date as it makes it way to you!

DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA)

***All returns and exchanges must be sent back in their original condition - unused, original tags and packaging in place. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for used merchandise***

Domestic returns and exhanges are free. If you are not happy with your item, please email us within 2 weeks of receiving your order (email - thedayswim@gmail.com). Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to process your request after the 1 month cut off date.

Once we confirm your email request, a team member will send the return address information to you. We will reimburse you for USPS shipping fees only. Please note - item must be received by The Days Swimwear & Apparel team within 2 weeks after sending. If the item is not received within 2 weeks, your request will be voided.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

​

At this time we are only able to process returns for international orders. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We request you ship the item back to us within 2 weeks of receiving and provide the tracking information of the package. Once we receive the items back, we will issue a refund for the products only - we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns. Returns received without tracking or outside of the cut off date will be processed as store credit only.
